I was commissioned to make two papercuts for a Christmas present this year.
Having lived in Switzerland for many years and a great collectors of swiss papercuts, my Dear Customers' request was to incorporate swiss style on a map of Switzerland.
My Dear Customer had some very specific ideas and requests and provided me with all the ideas, photos and even a few sketches, so all I had to do was to create up to his expectations!
I am glad to say that he was not disappointed quite the opposite! Phew!
And the new owners, daughter and son in law were quite thrilled too.
So now that Christmas is well past us and there is no risk of spoiling the surprise ...

Buttons!
Amazing what you can make with buttons!
We helped run the craft stall at our local Christmas Fair and were given loads of buttons.
After a bit of searching, we got some ideas and this is what we made with them.
I LOOOOve buttons!

Delightful Pumpkins!
I love Halloween! In our house we always have a big party for the kids at Halloween, and the grown ups to! Any excuses for mulled wine etc!
So you can imagine my delight at seeing these lovely pumpkins!
I wish I had the time to create a few!
